Accelerated simulation of neutron scattering

MCViNE is an existing C++ application for simulating neutron scattering from source to detector. It uses repeated random sampling of the paths traced by many neutrons to generate its results. This project is to use Python's numba library and Nvidia GPUs to provide comparable but much faster simulation of the neutrons' behavior in service of instrument design for the Second Target Station.
