Eagle-I Emergency Response Tool Development

Maintaining secure and resilient critical infrastructures (CISs) is one of our nation’s primary objectives. To achieve the goal, proactive and coordinated efforts among federal, state, local, both public and private owners and operators of CISs are necessary. ORNL will develop URBAN-NET system that quantifies CI vulnerabilities at region/component-level by accounting for the cascading impacts across multiple CI networks.
