Mohit Kumar

Bio

Mohit received his B.Tech. degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University, India.  He received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from Wayne State University, Detroit. His M.S. thesis evaluated the energy consumption of Java programming language. His Ph.D. dissertation introduced an Eclipse plugin Java Energy Profiler & Optimizer (JEPO), which can help programmers to write energy efficient code in Java. He also performed analysis on the Titan supercomputer interconnect resiliency, congestion events and application characteristics. Currently, he is working on HPC resilience design patterns.
