NRDAA: A Machine Learning Algorithm for Fitting Neutron Reflectometry Data

Oak Ridge High School students, Veda Seay and Andrew Brady, competed virtually at the Southern Appalachian Science and Engineering Fair and presented their project entitled, "NRDAA: A Machine Learning Algorithm for Fitting Neutron Reflectometry Data."

The team placed 2nd overall and received the ORNL Excellence in Computing Award.

Andrew and Veda are currently under the advisement of ORNL's Dr. Richard Archibald as part of the High School Research Experience.
