Developing algorithms and foundations for engineered systems
This group focuses on the mathematical formulations and modeling of complex engineered and physical systems and the use of these models in control and decision making. This includes the operations research and statistical sciences. The group applies its cross-cutting strengths in artificial intelligence, machine learning and architecture-aware high-performance simulation to systems and decision science.
